Please be advised that in order to obtain the Armenian visa to be able to attend Arm-Security Exhibition, the first step is you should provide the official request-letter to the Exhibition Directorate for your delegation's members and your personal intent to attend the Exhibition.

The official request-letter should be made on the company letter-head, addressed to ArmSecurity Exhiibtion Directorate, stating the company reg. number, contact tel. number, email, your full name and position in the company and all the details of your stay, as well as the dates and purpose of your visit to Armenia. This official request letter should be duly signed and stamped by the CEO of your company,

Please note that each delegate in a delegation should send a separate official letter, if the delegates work in different companies/organizations.
